The women's basketball team makes program history after a 58-50 win over St. Louis, claiming the Rockford Regional WNIT Championship. The Panthers' previous best WNIT experience was a round of 16 appearance in 2016.
• Kam Finley was recognized with the WNIT Regional MVP. Finley averaged 15.3 points per game, shot 50.0% from the field and 64.3% from the three-point line. She led the Panthers in scoring in two of three games played so far.
• Megan Maahs was named to the all-region team. She averaged 10.7 points per game and 7.7 rebounds per game.
