CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – For week one of the NFL season, three Panthers made the 53-man roster for NFL teams while wide receiver Daurice Fountain was injured during camp and was placed on the injured reserve by the Indianapolis Colts.
David Johnson – Arizona Cardinals
Johnson's stated goal for the 2019 season is to rush for over 1,000 yards and record over 1,000 yards receiving. He is well on his was after recording 82 yards rushing on 18 carries and tallying 55 yards receiving a touchdown on six catches. The Cardinals finished game one with a 27-27 tie against Detroit at home.
