CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – In the finale of a three-match homestand, the UNI Panther volleyball team was swept by the Drake Bulldogs, 3-0, Friday in the McLeod Center. Drake's set victories came by scores of 25-18, 25-21, and 25-13.
As a team, UNI registered 31 kills on a .140 attack percentage. The Panthers also collected three service aces within the match. Defensively, UNI tallied 31 digs and two blocks for the contest.
Emily Holterhaus had the best individual performance with a team-high 11 kills on .476 hitting with eight digs. Tayler Alden led UNI with 14 assists and two aces while fellow setter Jenna Brandt added 11 assists and one ace.
