The University of Northern Iowa softball team completed day 2 of the DeMarini Classic after facing off against Idaho State and Colorado State.
The Panthers (5-3) started their day with a 4-2 win against Idaho State (1-2).
Bailey Lange was the first to put UNI on the board in the 4th inning. Sammey Bunch immediately followed and gave the Panthers a lead of 2-1 against the Bengals. In the bottom of the 5th, Kennedy Bailey and Macey Wolfe both reached home to give UNI the ultimate victory.
Panthers went up against the Colorado State Rams for their final game on Friday.
