OMAHA, Neb. — UNI women's golf placed sixth at the Big O Classic after a shortened two-round tournament on Tuesday afternoon in eastern Nebraska.
Originally scheduled to be a 54-hole tournament hosted by Creighton, the event was shortened to just 36 holes on Tuesday after a lengthy rain and lightning delay during the third and final round.
The Panthers tallied a total team score of 631 as St. Thomas (Minn.) won the team title with a total score of 599. St. Thomas' Niki Reineke walked away with the individual title after shooting a 147 (+1).
