LAWRENCE, Kan. — UNI tennis wrapped up the fall portion of its 2023-24 schedule late last week, competing in both singles and doubles matches at the ITA Regional Championships, hosted by Kansas University.
In singles competition, Darta Dalecka, the Panthers' automatic qualifier for the tournament, battled Kyota Kubo of Kansas in a hotly-contested three-set match, coming up short (6-4, 4-6, 6-3). Issa Sullivan fell to Elif Gunal of Missouri State in straight sets in the qualifying round (6-1, 6-1), while Lasya Mylavarapu dropped her lone singles match to Kansas State's Maria Santos (6-2, 6-0).
