IOWA CITY, Iowa - The Panther men's and women's cross country teams had similar finishes in the Midwest Regional Championships at the University of Iowa today.
In the women's 6K, UNI finished in 23rd place, with a score of 622 points. The University of Minnesota won the women's race, with a total of 45 points.
UNI's Kiki Connell was one of just eight freshmen to finish in the top 55. Connell led UNI with a time of 21 minutes, 41.51 seconds and a 54th place finish. Kate Crawford finished 127th with a time of 22:39.
