The Missouri Valley Conference announced Thursday that it has exercised its two-year option to keep its men’s basketball conference tournament at Scottrade Center in St. Louis through 2020. Often dubbed “Arch Madness,” the MVC Tournament has been in St. Louis since 1991.
The option came with the parties’ three-year contract extension that was announced in July 2014. That extension began in 2016 and ran through 2018.
The Scottrade Center has hosted the MVC Tournament since 1995. The arena is currently undergoing significant renovations that are scheduled to finish in September.
