CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The UNI men's basketball team took on the Bears of Missouri State in the McLeod Center on Saturday night, defeating the Bears 64-59.
The Panthers took a one-point lead into halftime against the Bears. Luke McDonnell dominated the first half with a team-high 12 points going four of seven from the field and three for three from the charity stripe. Collectively the Panthers shot 52.6 percent from the field (10-19) and went two for four from beyond the three-point arc.
The Panthers and Bears went back and forth the entire second half with six total lead changes.
