CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Institute for Sport and Social Justice named UNI senior pitcher Jaclyn Spencer the November Playmaker of the Month for her community service involvement and student-athlete leadership activities.
The second-team all-conference honoree has become a dominant force in the circle for the Panthers, but she is also a force in the classroom where she carries a 3.47 GPA in Elementary Educations and in the community where she is active in throughout the Cedar Valley.
Spencer finds value in being recognized as a servant leader. As a servant leader, she has volunteered countless hours to the youth in the Waterloo, Iowa community.
