Iowa lawmakers on Monday finalized legislation that will legalize sports wagering and placing bets on fantasy sports websites and apps like DraftKings and FanDuel.

The legislation follows a U.S. Supreme Court ruling last year that struck down a federal ban on sports wagering. Since then, lawmakers around the country have taken steps to regulate an industry that involves at least $150 billion in annual illegal wagers, the American Gaming Association estimates.
