HAWARDEN, Ia. — The wrestling room inside West Sioux High School is barely bigger than a full mat. Head coach Mark Van Oort recently expanded the room so more bodies could fit, a sign that his program is growing.
One of the reasons for West Sioux’s rise, Adam Allard, is drilling in the middle. On this day, this senior is working on getting out from bottom with sophomore Braden Graff.
