NORTH LIBERTY, Ia. — Perched atop Isaiah Brown’s offseason agenda is a task many would love to shoulder.
With a relentless metabolism making it tough to pack on pounds to his wiry 6-foot-5 frame, the Northern Iowa shooting guard has no choice but to keep snacking.
“Coach (Ben Jacobson) wants me to definitely never skip breakfast,” Brown said after Sunday’s Prime Time League action at the North Liberty Community Center. “In between breakfast and lunch, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich — something like that — just constantly snacking throughout the day other than breakfast, lunch and dinner.
