The state of Iowa's Big 12 wrestling rivalry returns this weekend when the Iowa State wrestling team travels to Cedar Falls to wrestle Northern Iowa at the McLeod Center.
The Cyclones are ranked No. 11 in InterMat's latest rankings. They are 13-1 overall and 6-0 in the Big 12, and they have won 11 duals in a row. The Panthers, ranked 22nd, have won six straight and have rallied for a 7-5 record after an 0-4 start, including a 6-2 mark against the Big 12.
Iowa State owns an all-time series advantage over Northern Iowa, 59-20, and has also won each of the past two duals.
