PITTSBURGH, Penn. — Much has been said and written about the Iowa State wrestling program’s 2018-19 season. The Cyclones crept back into the national conversation. Not as a true contender, of course, but as a team that was working back up from the bottom.
On Saturday afternoon, Kevin Dresser took a big-picture view of his second season as the Cyclones’ head coach. Many times this year, he was given glowing reviews of his wrestlers’ overall effort. He did the same on this day, and was already looking forward.
