Box Score CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – Junior Brooke Craig, making her first career start, dominated the Green Bay Phoenix in a 5-3 win for the Panthers on Friday evening.
After a rough first inning, Craig was able to settle down and keep the Panthers in a position to win. Craig got the starting nod for the first time in her collegiate career and did not disappoint. Going the distance, Craig set down four batters on strikeouts, doubling her career total from the previous two seasons.
Brittney Roby had an excellent day at the plate, racking up three hits and three RBI to lead to UNI offense.
