EVANSVILLE, Indiana – The UNI volleyball team picked up their first win of the season on Sunday afternoon, defeating the Purple Aces 3-1 with set scores of 25-21, 25-20, 21-25, 25-23.
The win put head coach at 510 career wins, surpassing former Missouri State head coach Marissa Stokes as the MVC all-time wins leader.
The Panthers first set was the most efficient of the day, recording 20 kill son 37 attacks with just 5 errors for a .405 team hitting percentage. finished with a team high 15 kills and led the team with 12 digs.
