We’re a few days from the Mid-American Conference indoor championship for the track and field team. The ladies have stepped up to the challenge, and qualified in quite a few events.

First-year multi-event runner Taylor Ramsey has qualified for the indoor championships in the high-jump, clearing 1.69 meters and winning the competition at the Grand Valley State University Big Meet Feb. 8.

First-year sprinter Syanne Johnston reached a MAC qualifying mark in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.59 seconds at the EIU Friday Night Special Feb.
