DeKALB – For the fall athletic programs at Northern Illinois, the start of the season is fast approaching.
For the women's soccer team, the Huskies already have one exhibition under their belt. The start of the regular season for the volleyball, women's cross country and men's and women's soccer teams is now less than a month away as the teams prepare to get ready for 2016.
"I really couldn't tell you what day it is now," women's soccer coach John Ross joked at the Huskies' media day on Thursday. "Probably can't tell you what day it is for the next three months.
