Earlier in the week, Northern Illinois senior Ally Lehman made school history.
On Wednesday, she kept the Huskies in a tie for first place.
Lehman was an offensive force and the Huskies held on for a thrilling 63-61 win at Miami (Ohio) on Wednesday.
The senior guard was named the Mid-American Conference West Player of the Week for the fourth time this season earlier in the week, becoming the first player in school history to achieve that feat. Against the RedHawks on Wednesday, she finished with 33 points and eight rebounds for the Huskies, who improved to 18-6 overall and 11-2 in the MAC West.
