Kenny Golladay's big first season with the Northern Illinois football team garnered plenty of attention for the Chicago native.
Golladay was recently named to the 2016 Biletnikoff Award watch list, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club announced on Wednesday. After transferring to NIU from North Dakota, Golladay burst onto the scene with 73 catches for 1,129 yards and 10 touchdowns last season – giving him the third most receiving yards in a single season in NIU history.
There are 53 players on the watch list for the award, which is given to the best receiver in college football, and eight from the Mid-American Conference.
