CHICAGO | The Cubs are one game away from being eliminated from the World Series after a 7-2 defeat against the Cleveland Indians tonight in Chicago.
The loss also brings the Cubs all-time World Series record to an abysmal 2-13 which is the worst percentage of all time.
The Cubs struck first in the game after an Anthony Rizzo double in the bottom of the first inning brought home Dexter Fowler to give the Cubs a 1-0 lead, but that lead was short lived once Carlos Santana of the Indians hit a solo home run in the top of the second inning.
