North Texas led at half, then got blown out in second half of 67-47 loss to Old Dominion

NORFOLK, Va. -- Brandan Stith scored 17 points and collected 11 rebounds as Old Dominion used a strong second half to post a 67-47 win over North Texas Thursday night.

Old Dominion (14-10, 7-4 Conference USA) got a balanced offensive attack with Zoran Talley and Trey Freeman each scoring 13 points respectively and Aaron Bacote contributing 10.

J-Mychal Reese and Deckie Johnson had 11 points apiece for North Texas (9-15, 4-7). Jeremy Green finished with 10 points and 12 rebounds for the Mean Green. North Texas shot 16 for 51 from the field (31.4 percent).

The Mean Green led 24-21 at halftime before Talley connected on two jumpers and Freeman hit one to give ODU the lead for good.
