Just a few weeks after banning "satellite camps' where major colleges teamed with lower-division colleges or high schools for camps far from campus, the NCAA rescinded its ban Thursday.

The ban, informally called the "Harbaugh rule" after Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh's use of the camps, had prohibited universities from holding camps anywhere but at their schools.
