DENTON -- Alec Morris couldn't play quarterback at Alabama.

Morris left a highly-decorated career at Allen to play for the Crimson Tide in 2012, and Alabama went 50-6 in his four years there, winning two national titles. But there was one problem -- Morris didn't play, throwing only one pass in those four seasons.

Graham Harrell set NCAA passing records in the last decade at Mike Leach's quarterback factory at Texas Tech.
