CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – The University of North Carolina women's soccer team released its 2023 schedule on Friday, announcing a 19-game slate with 13 matches against teams that competed in the 2022 NCAA Tournament.
Coming off a national championship runner-up finish, the Tar Heels open the season with a home exhibition match against East Carolina on Aug. 12 for the first of 11 games at Dorrance Field.
The regular season begins five days later at 2022 Big Ten tournament champion Penn State (Aug. 17).
