CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Reigning national champion North Carolina has earned the No. 4 seed in the 2023 NCAA Women's Lacrosse Tournament, as announced by the NCAA during Sunday night's selection show.
The Tar Heels will host NCAA games on Friday, May 12, for the first round and Sunday, May 14, in the second round. UNC will take on Sacred Heart at 2 p.m. ET on Friday at Dorrance Field.
"We're really excited about the opportunity to play in this year's NCAA Tournament," said head coach Jenny Levy. "I'm really proud of our team and the progress we've made throughout the season.
