GREENSBORO, N.C. – The University of North Carolina women’s golf team will compete at the ACC Championship this weekend in Greensboro, N.C. The tournament will be played at Sedgefield Country Club for the eighth year in a row.
The Tar Heels are coming off a 10th-place finish at the Bryan National Collegiate where the team saw some of the same teams that it will face this weekend. Lexi Harkins was the low Tar Heel shooting 10-over par and tied for 15th.
In 2015, the Tar Heels finished tied for third at the ACC Tournament behind tournament champion Virginia and runner-up Duke.
