The NCAA rolled out significant college football reforms this offseason and UNC coach Larry Fedora vented his displeasure about the changes at the ACC Kickoff on Friday. The most notable reform was the creation of an early signing period. In 2017, the dates will be Dec. 20-22, which coincides with the first three days of the midyear junior college signing period.
