CHAPEL HILL – North Carolina will play host to James Madison University for its season-opening baseball series at Bryson Field at Boshamer Stadium this weekend, Feb. 19-21.
The Tar Heels were originally scheduled to play against Kentucky to begin the 2021 season, but the series was canceled because of COVID-related protocols within Kentucky's team.
Friday night's action against the Dukes is slated to begin at 3 p.m. Saturday will feature a 2 p.m. first pitch, while the series will conclude Sunday at 1 p.m. inside Boshamer Stadium.
