How many times in a row can a player set a new career high record?
We may get an answer this season, as Omarion Hampton went nuts in the Heels 31-24 win over Wake Forest Saturday night. Two weeks (Carolina was on a bye last week) after setting a career high in all purpose yards against Florida State, Hampton rushed for 244 yards on 35 carries. He averaged a healthy seven yards a carry, a solid output for that amount of volume. Both of these are career highs; his previous career high in rushing yards was 234 in a 40-34 double overtime win against Appalachian State in 2023.
