This has already been stated ad nauseam, but Carolina is in trouble after that loss to Stanford. What I will say is that there’s enough Quad 1 games to maybe help them recover from such a bad loss, but realistically they probably shouldn’t take another bad loss moving forward. Is it going to be possible to avoid such a thing? I don’t think I’m qualified to answer that question, but if I had to guess, probably not. In fact, I’d say tonight’s game against Wake Forest could potentially be a big problem for the Heels. The Demon Deacons are undefeated at home so far this season, and the Heels have lost their last three against them on the road by an average of 15 points.
