For a few games, Jordon Brown appeared to bypass true freshman Michael Carter in the running back pecking order at UNC. Although UNC lost against the Virginia Cavaliers, Michael Carter returned to his early-season form. He didn’t just have the best offensive performance in the game, he had the best performance by any UNC running back this season.
In fact...he was UNC’s entire offense in this game. Yet another quarterback switch meant Brandon Harris was thrown to the wolves this time, and he returned the favor with only 46 yards and three interceptions.
