For a while now, once the calendar changed to conference season, you were limited to cable in terms of being able to watch Carolina play. Thanks to the contracts the ACC signed, it seemed like ESPN had full control of where games would appear and would never use that power to put them on ABC. It’s been ages since a UNC conference game has appeared on anything besides a Disney owned network, the CW, or a regional sports network.
For some reason that changed this year.
Today, the Tar Heels will travel up to South Bend, IN to take on Notre Dame in their third conference game, and looking to restart a winning streak.
