If you’re reading this, I can excitingly pronounce we are within a week of North Carolina football. Finally.
The Tar Heels are set to square off with a familiar Big Ten foe on Thursday evening, where they will try and uphold the dominance they portrayed in 2023, defeating the Gophers 31-13 last September. That said, it’s a new season and a new era of North Carolina football, so the slate is wiped clean and Mack Brown and his group will once again be tested to get a power conference victory in Week 1.
Minnesota finished 6-7 last season and is presumed to be partially improved after bringing in a transfer quarterback and returning a star running back in Darius Taylor.
