For the first two weeks of the season, the UNC Tar Heels went up against one team that ranked 113th in the country in rushing defense and a G5 team that had a pretty stout defense last year, but that UNC had absolutely exploded on offense against. That’s no doubt a big part of how UNC, whose running backs were almost certainly the most questionable piece of the offensive roster, currently ranks 10th in the country in rushing yards per game and 17th in yards per attempt, with a different back absolutely tearing through the defense each week. This week, though, the challenge gets stouter.
