If you were concerned going into this season opener about what the UNC offense was going to look like without an NFL-caliber quarterback for the first time in five seasons, you probably had those concerns raised to outright fear and dread. An offense that had consistently put up over 300 yards barely got 100 yards passing, and the quarterback competition looks like it was more one-sided than we thought.
Still, Carolina boards the plane in Minneapolis 1-0. It was ugly, but it’s a win.
