Today, the road to the College World Series begins at 16 regional sites across the country, and Chapel Hill is one of them.
The action will start early with the second seeded LSU Tigers taking on the third seeded Wofford Bulldogs at Noon. The winner will move on to take on the winner of the top seed UNC versus the fourth seeded Long Island University Sharks. That game will be at 5 PM tomorrow while both losers also play on Saturday at noon to see who will be the first team eliminated out of Chapel Hill.
Scott Forbes will continue his philosophy of letting the regulars play when they are used to, as he announced on Thursday that Friday starter Jason DeCaro will, in fact, start Friday Night.
