It’s a matchup of the 2017 Elite Eight game this evening in Chicago as the Tar Heels take on Kentucky in the CBS Sports Classic. Kentucky fans are probably still having nightmares of Luke Maye’s shot that sent Carolina into the Final Four two seasons ago, and Tar Heel fans will be hoping that they get another victory against a team UNC has a lot of history against.
Carolina got a big win in their last game when they knocked off the #4 team in front of a loud crowd at the Dean Dome. This time around they’ll have to get their energy from within on a neutral court at the United Center in Chicago.
