For most of the modern era, the records and rankings between Carolina and Duke have been pretty darn good.
No matter the circumstance, they always say throw the records out the window.
Let’s hope this is the case tonight, as the North Carolina Tar Heels are mired in a stretch of late-game collapses and overall poor performances.
Carolina has gone from a preseason top 10, to a middle seed in the NCAA Tournament, to the tourney bubble, to the outside looking in.
Needless to say, a win at Cameron Indoor Stadium tonight will go a very, very long way in improving UNC’s tournament resume.
