The moment is finally here: the Tar Heels will face off against the Charlotte 49ers in their first home game of the season. The 49ers are coming off of a 30-7 loss to James Madison, and hope to maybe show some flashes of good against the Tar Heels. On the other side of the field, Conner Harrell managed to help the Heels survive their trip to Minnesota, and now they will show up to Kenan likely with a scheme catered specifically towards what he is able to do on the football field. It was clear that Mack Brown had no intent to play Harrell before Max Johnson was injured, but now we can expect to see some new tricks this afternoon.
