In the span of one week, the postseason prospects for Carolina have shifted from “meh” to “Oh God.”
Losses to both Stanford and Wake Forest, both of the one point variety, have created two more slashes in Carolina’s resume that was already getting thinner as time went on. They do have a stretch of games coming up that could help—arguably one of the toughest in the conference—traveling to Pitt and Duke, hosting Pitt, going to Clemson, then going to Syracuse before getting a break by hosting NC State, UVA, and Miami in between trips to Florida State and Virginia Tech, before finally finishing up against Duke.
