UNC To Face Minnesota in WBB Big Ten/ACC Challenge

GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) — North Carolina will travel to face Minnesota on Dec. 1 as part of the 14th Big Ten/ACC Women's Basketball Challenge, matchups for which were announced Tuesday. The event, which was not played in 2020, returns this season and is scheduled to continue through the 2026-27 season.

The Challenge takes place over two days in early December, beginning Wednesday, Dec. 1, with six matchups as Atlantic Coast Conference schools Pitt, Syracuse and Wake Forest play host to Big Ten programs, while UNC, Georgia Tech and Virginia Tech travel to Big Ten sites. On the following night, Boston College, Clemson, Duke and Louisville will serve as the ACC host schools, while Florida State, Miami, NC State and Notre Dame will play at Big Ten sites.
