The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill released a statement Friday reporting two more violations the school discovered as it prepared to give a response to the notice of violations. The school also announced that it will release the response within the 60-day period.
The violations are tied to the women’s basketball team and men’s soccer team. The women’s basketball team apparently provided improper assistance to players and is traced back to the Wainstein report. Meanwhile, the violations against the soccer team stem back to recruiting.
