Class of 2018 combo guard Coby White pledged to the University of North Carolina last summer, and has been playing excellent basketball ever since.
In his junior season, White beat his own single-game scoring record of 46 points when he dropped 52 on Faith Assembly of Durham. He also crossed the 2,000-point career scoring mark for Greenfield School.
In March, he was named North Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year after averaging 31.4 points, 7.2 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game this season. And to top it all off, he was named MaxPreps Junior All-America honorable mention last week.
