UNC in the NFL: T.J. Logan injures wrist, will be out 12 weeks

Former North Carolina running back and current Arizona Cardinals kick returner T.J. Logan was injured on Thursday night during the Hall of Fame Game.

At the time of the injury, his prognosis was unknown. It turns out, though, that Logan will be out of commission until Week 8 of the NFL season.

Cardinals’ head coach Bruce Arians said that Logan dislocated his wrist late in the game, requiring surgery that will put him on the injured reserve list for the next 12 weeks.

“It’s a blow to him,” Arians said. “He was just about to make a nice role for himself.
