After spending a year in Sacramento, Carter will have a new home for the 2018-19 season and he’s heading back to the South. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Carter has agreed to a one-year deal with the Atlanta Hawks. Wojnarowski tweeted out the news on Wednesday night:
