UNC Football’s game against UNC Charlotte on Saturday has been canceled after three members of the 49ers tested positive for coronavirus. The positive tests required “several” members of the team’s offensive line to quarantine, so they will not be able to play this weekend.

Other teams have already experienced this issue with NC State’s first game getting pushed back and Virginia vs Virginia Tech not happening this weekend because of issues with the virus in Blacksburg.
