North Carolina is finalizing its transfer portal class in Bill Belichick’s first offseason at the helm. The Tar Heels are up to 18 commits, ranking 16th in the country after two key additions on Saturday.
The enrollment window has essentially come and gone for this semester, so although there will likely be news later in the spring, we expect the buzz to slow down for the time being. After Belichick strolled through the Dean E. Smith Center with a handful of high school recruits, he capitalized on his first stint of portal season with two marquee commitments.
