Mack Brown has added another recruit to his 2020 class and this time it’s the son of a former NFL safety.
On Tuesday night the North Carolina Tar Heels landed three-star running back Elijah Green out of Blessed Trinity High School. The Roswell, Georgia native made the announcement on Twitter, ending his recruitment as the month of July wraps up.
Green is the son of former NFL safety Victor Green who played for the New York Jets, New England Patriots and New Orleans Saints in his career.
The three-star running back had a total of 14 offers but decided to end his recruitment by picking UNC over programs like Michigan State, Boston College, NC State, Virginia Tech, Virginia, South Carolina, Vanderbilt and Iowa State.
